A worker unloads latex being processed into raw rubber into a tub of water, in a cooperative on Basilan. The workers in this coop, the United Workers Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Multi-Purpose Cooperative, took over the plantation on which they worked for five decades for the Belgian Menzi Company.
