		17 Selma Mariano Alvarez, a community outreach worker for California Rural Legal Assistance, speaks with a group of workers about their labor and housing rights. Alvarez and the workers are Triquis, one of the indigenous communities of Oaxaca. Ten migrant farm workers live in this apartment.
