27 D'Arrigo demonstrators Salinas Broccoli cutters demonstrate their support for the United Farm Workers outside the headquarters of their employer, D'Arrigo Brothers in Salinas, during the resurgence of the UFW, and its march from Delano to Sacramento. D'Arrigo Brothers had a union contract, but refused to renew it in the early 1980s. Workers have been trying to renegotiate it ever since. |
