01 San Jose Hotel Workers

Ana Maria Rodriguez is a housekeeper in a Class A hotel in Silicon Valley. The increased amenities in luxury hotels, like thicker mattresses, more pillows and larger bathrooms, are causing pain and damage to the hands and bodies of women workers, and greater exhaustion. She shows the wear on her hands of years working as a housekeeper.
