26 Leadership Academy
Jack Gerson uses the problem of the lack of universal health care to teach math concepts. His students at the Leadership Academy, a small school created on the campus of the former Castlemont High School, feel the lack of healthcare sharply, since they live in one of the poorest areas of east Oakland.
