		08 Salute San Quintin, 6/25/2000 An older farm worker gives the traditional closed-fist salute of the Mexican left, while his wife waves, at the last rally of of Celerino Garcia's election campaign. Garcia is the first Mixtec indigenous candidate, of the Party of the Democratic Revolution, for the Mexican Chamber of Deputies from the Valle de San Quintin in Baja California.
