30 Judith Veira and Claudia Molina
Judith Veira and Claudia Molina, two Central American garment workers, who came to the U.S. to expose the abusive conditions in the plants where they work sewing clothes for U.S. manufacturers. Wages and the standard of living are kept low to attract foreign investment, but they also lead workers to decide to immigrate to the U.S.
