Alfredo Flotte, an organizer for Local 6 of the International Longshore and Warehouse Union, answers questions from Mediacopy workers about the contract the union had just negotiated with the company. After a big immigration raid and a long anti-union campaign, the National Labor Relations Board ruled that the company's legal violations were so extensive that it ordered it to recognize the union and bargain.
