56 Coachella
Although Filipino workers were a large and important part of the farm labor workforce in the Coachella Valley from the 1920s to the 1970s, very few grape workers come from the Philippines today. Felicitas Toribio, a crew forewoman, came from Zambales in the Philippines in the 1970s.
