26 UFW Marches
Farmworkers and their supporters rally on the steps of San Francisco City Hall, and announce the start of a boycott of the Charles Krug Winery, owned by the Peter Mondavi family. The company announced it would fire its workers, and bring in a labor contractor,to do the work, in order to avoid signing a new contract with the United Farm Workers.
